1. Account Eligibility and Responsibility

You are responsible for account credentials, profile accuracy, and all activity performed through your account. Suspicious or abusive behavior may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

2. Transaction Processing

Service delivery depends on provider availability and network conditions. vTopUp processes eligible requests, provides status feedback, and handles failure cases according to operational policy.

3. Wallet and Funding

Wallet funding and transaction charges are displayed before confirmation where applicable. Deposit fees, if configured, are disclosed at the point of funding initiation.

4. Service Availability and Maintenance

Services may be disabled or limited for maintenance, compliance, fraud control, or provider outage. Maintenance notices may be shown in-app and on operational dashboards.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use the platform for fraud, abuse, unauthorized automation, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party provider terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, vTopUp is not liable for indirect losses arising from external provider failures, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued usage after updates indicates acceptance.
